  Emese has been managing the sales division of Lavylites for two years now, working with exceptional dedication and passion to inspire and motivate our partners. During her presentation, she will outline the self-identity sales strategies planned for 2026 and introduce the new Starter Pack, which will provide all partners with key tools for a successful start and growth in the future.

  

  

• 13:10 – 15:00 // Recognition of New Career Levels & Winners of the Travel Incentive Program

  We will be celebrating with great honour all our Partners who qualified to new career levels between 10 September 2024 and 15 September 2025, as well as those who qualified for the Mexico Travel Incentive Program 2026.

• 15:30 – 16:25 // Panel Discussion – Success Stories

  Birte Jordan, Jana Arnemann, Manuela Pohl, Sabrina Birkle and Susanne Speidel will share their personal stories: true examples of how perseverance, creativity and the power of community can lead to ever more remarkable accomplishments.
